We’ve got a new Agents of SHIELD season 4 episode 19 sneak peek below, and there is one word that we can use to describe it: Drama. After all, it does appear as though there is going to be plenty of that over the course of the episode.
Specifically, we’re talking here about the state of Daisy a.k.a. Skye — and yes, it is extremely confusing to now have to go back to using two names again after spending so much time referring to her as only one. There is going to be some clear / obvious tension between some of the characters over the right way to deal with the issue of her disappearance. For Grant Ward, he wants to track her down if at all possible, and that makes some sense given that he is someone who is absolutely intent on being with her within this world. It’s still so interesting to see this other side of Ward, especially since this is effectively the fourth different character that we’ve seen him play over the course of the series.
In the end, Ward and Coulson are going to be at odds on an extreme level here over how to handle the Skye of it all. We know that for Phil, he’s going to want to exercise patience here. Meanwhile, Ward wants to go in guns-blazing to rescue her from Hydra. One way or another, it’s pretty clear that this is going to be problematic, and there is a good chance that someone will die on the other side of it. Still, these two guys, plus the rest of the team, are going to have to figure this out before it gets to be too late.
As for the remainder of the episode, we’ll just have to want and see whether or not there is a way to turn Leo Fitz around so that he is not the evil powerhouse and associate of Madame Hydra. One of the biggest problems that we’ve seen so far here is mostly the fact that if they kill Fitz here, they lose him in real life; unfortunately, this Fitz isn’t going to hesitate much at all when he debates whether or not to kill them.
